Important Update on the Coronavirus

Dear VHA Family,
I am sure by now that most of you have heard both President Trump’s speech to the nation last night and Governor Kemp’s speech to Georgians today. The Board of Directors and I wanted you to know that we are closely communicating with both local and state health officials about a safe path forward for our students and staff. These are uncertain times and the decisions on what to do next changes quickly. While there are no known cases of the virus in our local area we are contemplating Governor Kemp’s suggestion that local schools consider closing for at least two weeks. That decision will be relayed to you within the next 24 – 48 hours to give you time to prepare.
